Once a tooth is severely decayed, broken beyond the point of repair, is problematic (such as wisdom teeth with no space to erupt), is severely loose, or needs to be removed due to orthodontic (braces) treatment - it will have to be extracted. Dr. Jainandan uses the most conservative techniques to remove teeth in a gentle manner. Most teeth can be removed in our office - and on the same day! With many extractions, Dr. Jainandan offers bone grafting so that a foundation is present for future replacement - a standard of care that has become commonplace in dentistry today.
